We’ve been taught we need to do more, earn more, experience more, to be happier. It’s simply not true.  We’re social beings, we thrive when we enjoy close relationships with those we care about. Spend time with those you love. Make a list of people you’ve not seen for months but would like to; friends you know are having a tough time.  And I’m willing to bet there’s someone living less than a mile away who’s lonely and would simply love a call or a cuppa.
